Gym Leader or Elite Four Tania

Got back on the drawing bandwagon i guess....though meanwhile due to the Fairy type pokemon has been confirmed and all. I decided to make a trainer who uses the Fairy type but can't decide to put this one as a Gym Leader or a Elite Four member (what do you guys think?)

This is Tania, which her name actually comes from the full name "Titania" which is based William Shakespeare's play "A Midsummer Night's Dream" who is the queen of the fairies which is also used in other references as well along with Oberon the husband of Titania.

In terms of Tania's taste in somewhat of fashion, her look is based on somewhat of the 50's or 60's female clothing that is based on the poodle skirts.
